Hello! Annyeong!
Today, i want to give you some tips on How To Get Slim Like Korean!!!!



Look at her!! She have a perfect body and healthy face too!! I love her ! She's a korean model .

Okay! If you want a perfect body like her,
Follow the tips ..

1) Avoid caffeine ( coffee, nescafe)
Everyone likes caffeine, right? You can drink caffeine but please not too much!! This may cause your thighs more bigger ! :c

2)  Eat healthy meals
I knew that you were already knew about this. I just want to say that eating healthy meals may helps you to get slim body. Okay, look at the picture below. Wait! before that, here a tip to avoid you from eat too much. If you like to eat much, avoid it by reading a book ( make sure that the book is fun), listen to your favourite musics and watch tv. This can make you busy and don't have time to eat. Okay, you can look the picture now !  ;)

Salad. It contains fruit, vegetables and mayo.

Grilled dish. This dish doesn't contains any oil and healthy!

Soup. You may also put some protein in the soup!

3) Always always exercise!!
Some people doesn't like to exercise but, if you want to get a perfect body and be healthy, please exercise 3 times a day!!

Running or jogging

Stretching

Dancing

4) Always look for your weight.
You can also make a schedule about your weight. If it was good, Thumbs up for ya!! And if it not good, hurm keep it up!!
